General Terms and Conditions of BCA Business Coaching Akademie GmbH & Co. KG<\/h1>\n

Preamble:<\/h2>\n

The activities of BCA Business Coaching Akademie GmbH & Co. KG cover the consultation, accompaniment and support of persons and companies in change processes through individual, team, business and private coaching, training and further education as a coach as well as related events. The contents of the event offered are expressly referred to at www.coaching-im-business.de and www.make-your-life-happen.de.<\/p>\n

1. Scope of application<\/h2>\n

These general terms and conditions apply to all coaching events of BCA Business Coaching Akademie GmbH & Co. KG.
\na. The object of the contract is the delivery of the agreed services, not the achievement of a certain success. These are service contracts.
\nb. The events of BCA Business Coaching Akademie GmbH & Co. KG can fundamentally be booked by anyone who is able to cope with mental and physical stress. Coaching is not a form of therapy.<\/p>\n

2. Registration<\/h2>\n

The registration for the events of BCA Business Coaching Akademie GmbH & Co. KG at: www.coaching-im-business.de or www.make-your-life-happen.de is binding as soon as BCA Business Coaching Akademie GmbH & Co. KG has confirmed this in writing, by e-mail, fax or post.<\/p>\n

3. Participation fees<\/h2>\n

a. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the agreed participation fee is per participant and event plus statutory value-added tax.
\nb.The agreed participation fee includes – in addition to the training course – seminar documents as well as snacks and conference drinks. Additional catering (lunch\/dinner) is only owed after individual agreement.<\/p>\n

4. Room reservations<\/h2>\n

BCA Business Coaching Akademie GmbH & Co. KG accepts the registration of hotel rooms in the conference hotel on behalf of and for the account of the respective participant. Please note your request on the registration form. The participants are responsible for the costs of accommodation and further catering. Billing is carried out directly between the participants and the hotel.<\/p>\n

5. Terms of payment<\/h2>\n

The participation fees for events from the portfolio “www.make-your-life-happen.de” in the amount of 30% upon receipt of the invoice are due immediately. The balance is due six weeks before the start of the event without any deductions. For events from the portfolio “www.coaching-im-business.de”, the participation fees are due, in full, seven days after invoicing. An instalment payment agreement is possible, but requires explicit agreement.<\/p>\n

6. Cancelations<\/h2>\n

Cancelations are only valid if made in writing.<\/p>\n

The following terms of cancellation apply to workshops and seminars:
\nup to 4 weeks before start: free of charge, 4 to 2 weeks before start: 50% of the seminar fee, from 2 weeks before start: 100% of the seminar fee<\/p>\n

The following terms of cancellation apply to the training Business Coach IHK, workshops and seminars with more than one module and offers including accommodation:
\nup to 6 weeks before the start: free of charge, 6 to 4 weeks before start: 80% of the seminar fee, from 4 weeks before start: 100% of the seminar fee<\/p>\n

As an alternative to cancelation, a third party can take part in the booked business event as a substitute attendee. Such requires written notification. When registering a suitable replacement participant, the registered participant must pay only a handling fee of 50.00 Euro. After the start of the ongoing event, it is no longer possible to provide substitute participants. If a participant is unable to attend one or more seminar module after the beginning of the event for important reasons, he\/she has the possibility to make up for the missed contents after consultation with the seminar leaders and is subject to availability of places. A refund of already paid participation fees is not possible.<\/p>\n

The other cancellation fees depend on the individual agreement.<\/p>\n

7. Changes to events<\/h2>\n

The events are carried out in accordance with the information provided on the Internet by BCA Business Coaching Akademie GmbH & Co. KG. However, we reserve the right to change trainers and coaches and\/or to change the program as long as such does not fundamentally change the aim of the event.<\/p>\n

8. Liability<\/h2>\n

Should an event have to be cancelled for reasons which BCA Business Coaching Akademie GmbH & Co. KG (e.g. due to illness of the trainer\/coach or due to insufficient number of participants) is responsible for, the participants will be informed immediately. Fees paid will be refunded. Further claims are excluded. The BCA Business Coaching Akademie GmbH & Co. KG shall only be held liable for property damages and financial damages – regardless of the legal basis – to the extent that it is guilty of willful intent and\/or gross negligence.<\/p>\n

9. Copyrights<\/h2>\n

The event documents handed over to the participant are protected by copyright. They are for personal use only. The reproduction, transfer or other use of the documents handed over is only permitted with the express written consent of BCA Business Coaching Akademie GmbH & Co. KG.<\/p>\n

10. Place of performance\/place of jurisdiction<\/h2>\n

The place of performance shall be the location notified to the participant in writing. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be Hamburg, insofar as the customer is a business person.<\/p>\n

11. Data protection<\/h2>\n

With regard to the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act, we would like to point out that the storage and use of your personal data is solely for the purpose of providing you with brochures, programs and seminar information from BCA Business Coaching Akademie GmbH & Co. KG. Personal data is used exclusively in the sense of the German Federal Data Protection Act.<\/p>\n

12. Declaration on the Distance from Scientology<\/h2>\n

BCA Business Coaching GmbH & Co KG hereby declares that neither employees nor the company nor the partnership work according to the technology of L. Ron Hubbard, that neither the owners nor the employees are schooled according to the technology of L. Ron Hubbard nor attend courses and\/or seminars based on L. Ron Hubbard’s technology and that L. Ron Hubbard’s technology is rejected by the management of the company and for all coaching or training activities.<\/p>\n
